Community

Start with Crave21 and learn to make fitness something you crave each and every day! All Workouts range from 3 to 20 minutes and have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options.

Crave21 – Making Fitness a Habit!

Ever wonder why some people are hooked on fitness? They love it! These people developed positive associations with fitness at an early age, while the rest of us developed negative associations.

The new science of neuroplasticity has taught us that by changing our thoughts, we can change our natural actions and reactions.

Crave21 will ingrain 1000’s of positive associations with fitness and have you looking forward to your next workout!

Body Resistance

Body resistance exercises use your body weight and gravity to strengthen your muscles.

Cardio

Cardio exercise causes your body to take in extra oxygen improving your heart, lungs, and circulatory system. Endorphins are released throughout your body which improves mood and attitude.

Dumbbells

Resistance training with weights is an outstanding way to rebuild muscle which will improve your metabolism and allow you to burn more calories.

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are portable, inexpensive and are easy on the joints. They are a great way to strengthen your body.

Yoga

Yoga (coming soon!) uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation for health and relaxation.

Walking

Coach Dave will take you through an invigorating ten, twenty or thirty minute walk, with or without background music.

People who set goals are more successful. We make setting and reviewing your goals convenient and easy!

Goals

Five minutes a day – five days a week. Hosted by our weight loss guru, Mary Kate Keyes, these talks are the core of the MindFirst program. In just 5 minutes a day, these talks will allow food, fitness, mindfulness, weight loss and your new healthy lifestyle to all fall into place.

Through 21 days of repetition you will begin to create a new image of yourself as a healthier more energetic person.

The foods you choose to nourish your body should never be determined by the impact on the scale.

Mindful Eating

How you eat is just as important than what you eat. Mindful eating is the key. You’ll learn to experience food in a new way and over time, will find an array of healthy foods that taste great!

The MindFirst “Becoming a Non-Smoker is a 4-step program:

1. Decide you want to be a non smoker. You have to be ready. 
2. We will identify every trigger that led to lighting up – i.e. getting in car, having a cup of coffee, stress.
3. You will create a different response to each trigger.
4. Develop awareness – when the trigger occurs you will practice your new response.
