Workouts You'll Love

Regular Exercise

Regular exercise can actually make you happier! Exercise releases dopamine and endorphins, natural substances that play major roles in increasing feelings of happiness throughout the body.

Resistance Exercise

Resistance exercise builds muscle and will help you lose weight and keep it off! As we age, the average adult loses five pounds of muscle every decade. That loss is a major contributor to the deterioration of the entire muscular-skeletal system. The natural loss of muscle makes it harder to keep off excess weight, because the body is naturally burning fewer and fewer calories!

Cardio Exercise

Cardio exercise gets your heart pumping and increases circulation. It is also a great way to burn calories.

Effective And Efficient

Twenty-minute workouts twice weekly can build three pounds of lean muscle in just ninety days! Your body will naturally burn more calories, even on days between workouts.

Improve Your Body...

Resistance exercise allows you to increase bone density, burn calories, lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and your risk of diabetes, and enables you to have far greater functional abilities.

...As Well As Your Mind

An added benefit of exercise is a reduction in inflammation in the body, reducing the risk of dementia, Alzheimer’s and other degenerative brain diseases. According to the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation, “regular physical exercise reduces the risk of developing Alzheimer’s by 50 percent.”

Meet Our Fitness Director

“It’s not just the physical body that benefits from exercise. I’ve conducted several studies on the psychological changes associated with regular exercise, noting significant improvements in depression, physical self-concept, fatigue, revitalization, tranquility and more among adults.”
